Martin Moylan - Chief Executive - with 35 years experience as a residential developer and investor, Martin is the former Chairman of a national Landlords Association and former Director of the Federation of Small Business. His passion is housing and he believes that with the proper resources and support, investors can deliver the best rented housing in Britain.

Richard Merrick - Managing Director - Richard has a track record of delivering quality products and services via the internet in many sectors and has been doing it for many years for residential investors.
